I have a keen interest in public health and research, knowing the impact this can have on the care of my individual patients and the health of the greater community. I have completed a Masters of Public Health at Melbourne University in 2010, and a post-graduate diploma of Anatomy in 2006. I am currently a principle investigator in a number of clinical trials in the field of ENT, and I hold a number of research grants currently. I have authored a number of scientific papers, and book chapters.

Paul has recently become the training supervisor for Otolaryngology, Head & Neck surgery trainees at Monash Health. This is an important & rewarding responsibility in mentoring and supervising junior ENT trainees, and advocating for both the trainees and their patients in their respective healthcare journeys.
